THE CIRCULAR GROUP platform allows the user to obtain information about the activities deployed by THE CIRCULAR GROUP, in the field of audiovisual production and distribution and talent management.
2.-Acceptance of the terms of use.
By viewing the web platform, implies acceptance by the user of the conditions of use.
3. Assignment to third parties.
GREAT WAYS may assign to a third party the rights and obligations arising hereunder, provided that it gives prior notice to users.
4. Applicable law and jurisdiction.
All general conditions, inserted in the website are governed by Spanish law. All disputes, controversies or situations arising from the general conditions and the use of THE CIRCULAR GROUP platform shall be submitted to the Courts and Tribunals of the City of Madrid, Spain, the parties expressly waiving their jurisdiction.
